What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for any cleaning work — that is agreed separately, in writing, in the quote and scope for your property.

The information here is general

Everything on this site describes how commercial exterior cleaning generally works: which surfaces need soft washing rather than pressure, what tends to go wrong, and sensible maintenance intervals for a Michigan climate. It is written to be useful, not to be a specification for your building.

No page here is a survey of your property, a condition report or a guarantee of a result. What is achievable on a particular wall, roof or slab depends on the substrate, its age and condition, and what caused the staining — which is why quoting requires walking the property. Nothing on this site should be treated as a promise about a specific outcome, and nothing on it is a price.

No quote, and no agreement, is formed here

This site cannot take a booking and does not try to. A quote exists once Reliance Pressure Washing has looked at the property and put a scope and a figure in writing, and an agreement exists once you accept it. Reading a page, calling, or sending a text or photograph does not create either.

Insurance and credentials

This site makes no claim about licensing, bonding or insurance, and you should not infer one from its absence or from anything written here. Ask any contractor — including this one — for a current certificate of insurance naming your entity, and get the document before work starts.

Photographs and content

The photographs on this site are Reliance Pressure Washing's own, of their own work. The text, layout and images are theirs and are not for republication elsewhere without permission. Quoted customer reviews remain the words of the people who wrote them and are reproduced verbatim.

Links off this site

This site links to Reliance Pressure Washing's Google, Facebook and Instagram profiles, and to Google's review form. Those are run by other companies under their own terms, and their content is not controlled here.

Reliance Pressure Washing LLC operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. If you separately ticked the box consenting to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. You can opt out of either kind at any time.
  • How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (734) 883-0972. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reliance Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
  • How to opt out. Text STOP to (734) 883-0972 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

  • Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
  • Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Reliance Pressure Washing LLC collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have. It forms part of these Terms, and by using this website or our services you agree to it. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy overlap on how we handle personal information, the Privacy Policy applies.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliance Pressure Washing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The services themselves are governed by the quote, estimate, or written agreement for your specific job.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
